Our Story

With our idealism balanced with a dose of pragmatism, we decided to vision something prominent and innovative with a thoughtful consideration of real-world limitations. We chose to execute our innovation to help small and medium-sized businesses to thrive forward on the path to success.

After multiple brainstorming sessions, we found out customer satisfaction, and their sentiments are key factors that keep a business going in the right direction. So, we decided to empower our clients to deliver amazing outcomes for their customers, with our solutions.

We then looked into the current surveys and feedback forms available for customers, which seemed uninspiring and fetching reluctant responses.

So we took the matter into our own hands.

With ten years of IT experience, we siblings then decided to create our own version of an application –Opino, with a simple and attention-seeking survey format that could strengthen relationships with customers.

We targeted multiple industries and talked to various business owners to get their opinions and views on what they would like to see in the app and how they would like to engage their customers in taking the survey.

Keeping the user-friendliness in mind, we then designed the Opino app for small and medium businesses to leverage technology for their advancement.
